Returns

  • Eligibility:
    You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
    Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
  • How to Return:
    1. Contact us at support@pixelpulsephones.store to request a return authorization.
    2. Securely pack the product with all original accessories and receipt/invoice.
    3. Ship it to the address provided by our team.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened screen protectors, earphones, or hygiene-sensitive products
    • Gift cards or store credit
    • Downloadable software or activation codes
    • Special-order or custom items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Exchanges

  • If your product is defective or damaged on arrival, we will exchange it at no extra cost.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect or damage for a quick replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary.
