Returns
- Eligibility:
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging. - How to Return:
- Contact us at support@pixelpulsephones.store to request a return authorization.
- Securely pack the product with all original accessories and receipt/invoice.
- Ship it to the address provided by our team.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened screen protectors, earphones, or hygiene-sensitive products
- Gift cards or store credit
- Downloadable software or activation codes
- Special-order or custom items
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
Exchanges
- If your product is defective or damaged on arrival, we will exchange it at no extra cost.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect or damage for a quick replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary.
